ESCO's Gift Return Policy



REPORT BROKEN AND/OR MISSING CONTENTS IMMEDIATELY:


Upon receipt of your order, please check to ensure that all contents are included and that no damage has occured in transit.  Claims for damage or missing items must be reported within two business days of delivery.  Once the damage gift is returned and received by ESCO, a replacement will be sent to you.

 

SUBSTITUTE DISSATISFACTION:


ESCO is proud to offer many popular electronic choices.  We upgrade our products ofte; as new technologies become available.  You may receive an upgrade version of the item you selected.  If you are unhappy with the substitution, you may return the unopened item to ESCO within five business days. Please call ESCO at 1-800-852-4266 within five business days for return instructions.  Upon receipt of the unopened item, you will be able to choose a different gift.

 

REPLACEMENT AND WARRANTY INFORMATION:


ESCO will replace defective electronic merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Please do not fill out any warranty cards if you elect to return your gift to ESCO.
